The Rewind Flea Market
DATE: Feb. 28st, 2026
TIME: 5-10 pm
LOCATION: 6320 Sinatra Pkwy, Laredo, TX 78041
EVENT TYPE: Outdoor
BOOTH SIZE: 10×10

LOAD IN
TIME: 1-4pm
HOW TO ENTER: Upon arrival, please drive your vehicle toward the tent located at the front entrance of the venue. This will be the vendor check-in area, where you will receive your vendor information and further load-in instructions.

LOAD OUT
TIME: 10:00-11pm
HOW TO EXIT: Vendors may begin breaking down and loading their items into their vehicles at the end of the event. For safety reasons, vehicles may not be driven into the venue until 10:15 PM, once the area has been fully cleared of customers. Please wait for staff approval before driving in.

Food vendors are not allowed to sell any soda or water product
Aqua Fresca and any Coffee related product are allowed to be sold
Food vendors must have all permits from city
No selling prohibited items
No smoking in venue
Keep area clean
Respect other vendors
No leaving your booths unattended (we are not if anything gets loss or stolen)
No outside drinks or alcohol beverages
All vendor payments are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or venue-related issues, refunds will not be issued. Instead, vendors will receive a credit that may be applied toward a future Rewind Market event.

We advice vendors to bring the following items (not forced but possibly be needed)
Table & Chairs
Tent 10×10
Generators (food vendors we do recommend you bring your own generator due to limited generators we provide at the venue)
Light Source (for inside your booth)
Extension Cords (if needed)
Trash Bags

All food and beverage vendors are required to have a valid Temporary Food Establishment Permit or Mobile Food Unit Permit in accordance with regulations from the Texas Department of State Health Services and the City of Laredo Health Department.
This requirement applies to vendors selling prepared food or snacks . Vendors must also comply with all applicable Texas health and safety regulations.
Failure to provide proper documentation may result in removal from the event without refund.
